What impact you’ll make
- As a Site Manager
- Hydropower Plant of the Project Execution team, you will be an active contributor to the successful delivery of the CHIRA SORIA hydropower project, ensuring on-time execution, cost control, and the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Job Description
What you’ll do
- Lead site mobilization and establish infrastructure, resources, and logistics for project execution
- Plan and coordinate all site activities to ensure efficient and timely operations
- Cooperate with partner and manage subcontractors to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
- Drive project execution to meet schedule milestones and budget targets
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards across all site activities
- Establish and oversee quality assurance and quality control processes on site
- Monitor site progress and report on performance, risks, and key project indicators
- Lead and develop site teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, local authorities, and key stakeholders
What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Strong technical expertise in hydropower and power plant construction, with solid understanding of construction processes and project execution
- Experience in large-scale industrial or energy projects
- Ability to review and manage contractual and commercial aspects with partners and subcontractors
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including required experience and training in general management techniques, with proven commitment to health and safety standards
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability and willingness to travel nationally and internationally as needed
