What You’ll Do:

• Prepare, arrange, fit, and assemble a variety of materials (stainless, nickel alloy, Hast-X) and components using tig welding processes and procedures
• Strong assessment of weld parameter inputs with the ability to make adjustments during welding
• Interpret and execute production using drawings and blueprints
• Complete necessary paperwork and computer entries accurately and in a timely manner after completing work orders
• Perform precision measurements using tools such as micrometers, calipers, and CMMs.
• Collaborate in a team environment focused on lean manufacturing, safety, and productivity.
• Take ownership of compliance, safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Utilize computer programs to enter part data (e.g., serial number), log time, and look up work instructions
• Utilize work instructions, set-up sheets, fixtures and method documents to correctly set up parts to be welded
• Ability to work overtime, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to work occasional weekend shifts, with or without reasonable accommodation

What you'll bring:

• Education/Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required. Graduate of an accredited welding program OR 2-5 years of industrial welding experience.
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to read blueprints, perform shop math, and use precision measurement equipment. Proficient in **TIG (GTAW)**welding and able to pass the weld test
• Flexibility: Willingness to work 2nd shift (

2 PM – 10: 30 PM, M-F) and overtime when needed.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and wear PPE (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, etc.). with or without reasonable accommodation
• Pass a background check and drug screen
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).

Pay Rate: The pay for this position is**$24.85 - $37.27**/hour **plus 10% shift differential.
