Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking repair progress,accroding to eLM system,monitor lean line output, collect leanline breakdown problem, assist engineer to find out solutions.
• Monitor and collect the reasons for key equipment downtime according to the eMM system.
• Assist in collecting and analyzing quality data, and participate in handling Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) to ensure compliance with GE Vernova quality standards.
• Strictly adhere to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines and assist in routine safety audits to foster a culture of safety.
• Support cross-functional projects (e.g., digital shop floor management, logistics optimization) through data analysis and documentation.
• Participate in SOP standardization and identify bottlenecks in the repair process to support Lean Manufacturing initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office to organize data
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Good English reading and writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and good document organization skills

Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
