负责核电/能源领域大型复杂核心零件的工艺方案落地，独立完成车、三轴及多轴铣的UG NX数控编程 使用VERICUT完成全流程加工仿真，确保程序零碰撞、零过切 使用TCL语言结合机床、工艺经验，解决定制化后处理器的各类使用问题 熟练操作大型落地镗、车铣复合等重型设备，适配西门子840D、FANUC主流控制系统 跟进引入智能制造技术，推动加工环节自动化、数字化升级

任职要求

• 本科及以上学历，机械工程、数控技术等相关专业，数学基础扎实者优先
• 5年以上数控编程经验，其中3年及以上大型复杂零件多轴编程与工艺规划经验
• 精通UG NX全模块操作及后处理构造器，熟练使用VERICUT搭建完整仿真体系
• 熟悉西门子840Dsl、FANUC系统的高级功能与宏程序开发，具备强图纸解读、公差分析能力
• 有技术钻研精神，对程序安全、加工精度有高要求，能适配重工现场节奏、抗压性强，具备基础英文沟通能力

Responsibilities:

• CNC Programming:

Responsible for the implementation of process plans for large-scale, complex core components in the nuclear/energy sector. Independently perform CNC programming using UG NX for turning, 3-axis, and multi-axis milling operations.

• Process Simulation:

Utilize VERICUT to conduct full-process machining simulations, ensuring zero collisions and zero over-cutting in all programs. Post-processor Development:

Use TCL language to optimize and troubleshoot customized post-processors, incorporating specific machine tool configurations and process expertise.

• Machine Tool Operations & Control Systems:

Proficient in operating heavy-duty equipment, such as large-scale floor-type boring machines and turn-mill centers. Capable of working with mainstream control systems including Siemens 840D and FANUC.

• Smart Manufacturing Integration:

Lead the implementation of smart manufacturing technologies to drive automation and digital transformation within machining processes.

Qualifications:

• Education:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, CNC Technology, or related fields. A strong mathematical background is preferred.

• Experience:

5+ years of experience in CNC programming, including at least 3 years of experience in multi-axis programming and process planning for large, complex components.

• Software Proficiency:

Expert in full-module UG NX operations and Post Builder; proficient in building comprehensive simulation systems using VERICUT.

• Technical Skills:

Deep knowledge of advanced features and macro programming for Siemens 840Dsl and FANUC systems. Strong proficiency in blueprint interpretation and tolerance analysis.

• Soft Skills & Attributes:

Highly motivated with a strong technical research mindset. Dedicated to program safety and high-precision machining. Able to thrive in a fast-paced heavy industrial environment, resilient under pressure, and possessing basic English communication skills.
