Job Description Summary

The Project Manager leads complex projects end‑to‑end, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business objectives while driving cross‑functional alignment and PMI‑based governance.

Job Description Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead medium to large, complex projects from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, cost, quality, and financial targets;
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, resource plans, and financial baselines aligned with business strategy;
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, forecasts, risks, and status reporting;
  • Own project financial performance, including cost control, margin protection, and P&L impact;
  • Manage cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring collaboration, accountability, and performance;
  • Establish project governance, monitor KPIs, and communicate status, risks, financial performance, and decisions to senior stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering;
  • PMI certification required (PMP strongly preferred);;
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in dynamic environments;
  • Strong knowledge of PMI methodologies, project lifecycle management, and governance practices;
  • Advanced experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Jira, Smartsheet);
  • Strong financial acumen, with mandatory hands-on experience managing Profit & Loss (P&L);
  • Advanced English (written and spoken);
  • Availability to work on-site in Campinas/SP and availability to travel up to 20% of the time.
