Job Description Summary
LM Wind Power is a global leader in the manufacturing of wind turbine blades, playing a critical role in the expansion of renewable energy worldwide. With a strong and established manufacturing footprint in China, our Fuzhou site produces large-scale wind blades that support long-term onshore and offshore wind projects across Asia and beyond. Fuzhou site is the only site in GE Vernova in China market with maturity production line produce 100+ meters wind blades turbine which exported to Europe. Our product is supplying to match GEV Haliade-X.
We are seeking a Supervisor, Quality to support stable and high-volume manufacturing operations by ensuring consistent product quality, process compliance, and continuous improvement across the blade production process.
This role offers long-term stability, exposure to large-scale manufacturing, and growth opportunities within a global renewable energy business. Also provide cross-function development within GEV business.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities

Lead a team of approx. 40 quality inspectors to secure supervise and execute quality inspection and verification activities across wind blade manufacturing processes

Ensure products and processes comply with engineering specifications, quality standards, and global procedures

Support root cause analysis and corrective actions in collaboration with manufacturing and engineering teams

Manage quality inspection equipment, tooling gauges in good & valid condition

Monitor quality data and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Ensure daily quality activities follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety requirements

Responsible for the quality inspection performance including manage team deliver inspection activities as planning etc.

Position expected outcome is to lead QC inspectors’ team, following quality standard, accomplish all desired measurement/inspection activities as planning, secure inspection performances-free of inspection escapement within the costly target in terms of inspection efficiency, measurement tooling maintenance etc.
Required Qualifications

Experience in quality inspection or quality control within a manufacturing environment

Ability to interpret specifications, drawings, and quality requirements

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions

Hands-on, shop-floor oriented mindset

Experience with composite materials, structural products, or large industrial components

Exposure to corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes
