PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Include but not limited to:
- Conduct reviews of presentations to customers for all types of sales activity (including frontline, in-house upgrades, livestream, telephonic upgrades, discovery and minivacs)
- Conduct probationary and adhoc reviews of advice provided to customers including audits on compliance with AFSL, ACL, ACM/DNC and call recording quality
- Conduct quality and regulatory checks on customer liaison officers and/or retention personnel to ensure compliance with internal processes
- Assist with completing Quality Assurance assessment reporting and identifying conduct that be a risk to the business
- Assist with the provision of ongoing sales compliance training in conjunction with the Legal & Compliance team and working with the sales training team
- Assist with miscellaneous compliance projects relating to the company’s Australian financial services licence and Australian credit licence
- Upon request, undertake compliance history rehire checks of former employees
- Employees must ensure they comply with Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific’s (WDAP) OH&S Policy, procedures and any reasonable instruction given by WDAP.

KEY POSITION CRITERIA:
- Previous work experience in a similar role highly desirable, specifically within financial services industry or timeshare industry
- Legal or paralegal experience and qualifications beneficial but not essential
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and Access
- Salesforce, IRIS and Merlin software experience an advantage
- Excellent attention to detail with the proven ability to identify discrepancies
- Excellent communication skills to communicate with both internal and external stake holders
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Support others within the team and operate as a collaborative team member
