Optimize manufacturing processes to achieve quality, lead time, and workforce efficiency targets. Participate in developing new product processes.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage technical aspects and resolve daily production issues.
- Develop manufacturing processes, including material standards (BOM).
- Establish repair procedures and work instructions per technical standards.
- Analyze root causes of defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Estimate production costs and propose cost optimization solutions.
- Execute and evaluate Six Sigma and Lean projects.
- Provide technical input for repair, testing, and product quality improvement.
- Manage design and production of tools, fixtures, and equipment within budget.
- Maintain 5S, comply with EHS regulations, report incidents, and suggest safety improvements.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; relevant training; certifications as required.
- Good English skills, Good communication both in English & Vietnamese
EHS Requirements
- Comply with safety procedures and plant regulations; participate in EHS training; assess risks and mitigate hazards; report incidents and propose safety improvements.
Quality Requirements
- Understand and follow work procedures; stop work and report any abnormalities; continuously participate in product quality improvement.
