ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Scrum Master / Senior Scrum Master supporting Mobile and Web engineering teams, you will be responsible for enabling efficient execution and high-quality delivery of consumer-facing applications.

You will work closely with Web, Mobile, Design, Product, and Backend teams to ensure smooth sprint execution, strong cross-functional collaboration, and predictable releases. This role requires a Scrum Master who understands frontend delivery challenges, cross-platform dependencies, and the importance of performance, UX, and release coordination.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies for Web and Mobile engineering teams.

• Enable consistent sprint execution, delivery predictability, and transparency across teams.

• Track sprint progress, velocity, dependencies, and risks, proactively removing blockers.

• Partner with Product Managers to maintain a well-groomed, prioritized backlog.

• Support release planning and coordination across Web, iOS, and Android platforms.

• Enable strong collaboration between engineering, design, QA, and backend teams.

• Drive continuous improvement through effective retrospectives and Agile metrics.

• Maintain clear delivery reporting and documentation for leadership visibility.

• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Follows direction from the agile adoption strategy and rollout plans for teams across the organization.

• Develops and evaluates team metrics and makes recommendations in improving agile processes and metrics. Captures feedback to foster collaboration and emotional intelligence across the organization.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 4–8+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar role.

• Strong experience supporting Web and/or Mobile engineering teams.

• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks and their application in frontend product teams.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in consumer-facing product environments.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Hands-on experience using Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• Ability to operate independently and drive execution in a fast-moving environment.

• Working experience working with and applying Agile methodologies and tools, and lean Agile practices (SAFe. Scrum, Kanban)

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT REQUIRED

• Experience working in consumer-facing, high-scale digital products.

• Exposure to performance-focused or UX-heavy frontend teams.

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe) is a plus.
