About the role

We’re seeking a friendly and attentive Food & Beverage Server to join our team on a permanent basis. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences, ensuring guests receive high-quality service in a professional and welcoming environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

What you will do

• Prepare dining areas by setting up tables, chairs, linens, and tableware to the highest standards
• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide attentive, personalised service
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly
• Serve food and drinks while maintaining excellent presentation and quality standards
• Anticipate guest needs and handle requests efficiently and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and the overall restaurant environment
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and timely service
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in food & beverage service or hospitality is preferred but not essential – full training provided
• Positive, friendly, and professional attitude with a passion for customer service
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent communication skills and a team-focused mindset
• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical stamina to remain on your feet for extended periods and carry trays.
