About the location:

Discover a true boutique experience at Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi. Located within walking distance of Tokyo Station, this 57-key intimate urban retreat is at the heart of the city's vibrant pulse. Explore the nearby galleries and upscale boutiques in Ginza, or indulge in Tokyo's hidden gems, from sushi bars and speakeasies to exceptional izakayas and local cafes. The phenomenally talented, Chef Daniel Calvert, is at the helm of Maison Marunouchi and Michelin-starred Sézanne. The former is an elevated Parisian bistro, while the latter – listed on Asia's 50 Best Restaurants and The World’s 50 Best Restaurants – is the epitome of fine French dining yet regionally-inspired.

About the role

Answers and directs phone calls, take reservation inquiries, in room dining order taking, HotSOS requests, email and faxes in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.

What you will do

Developing guest connection and gain feedback from the guest regarding their overall stay or specific issue in particular then actively seeking solution to resolve the problem.

Utilizes and ensures proper working condition of the telephone switchboard, the hotel computer systems (e.g. property management, paging and radio systems), high-speed Internet system and facsimile machines. Ability to understand and have full knowledge of Hotel Information (Hotel information, Four Seasons information.

Assist guest with placing restaurant reservations and managing in-room dining order.

What you bring

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare and deliver reports.

· Apply an ethical approach to the outcome of situations.

· Plan and monitor duties to ensure effective and efficient use of all available resources in order to make the greatest impact on the Hotel’s/Resort’s objectives.

· Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with peers, superiors and clients.
