About the role:
The Server provides exceptional quality and service to Jean-Georges guests. In this role, you will be tasked with providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests’ needs and as an expert on the menu options; and delivering memorable guest experiences.
What you will do:
- Anticipate guest needs, make thoughtful recommendations, and respond promptly to requests and concerns
- Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders in accordance with service standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, including clearing and resetting as needed
- Collaborate with culinary and restaurant teams to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and take appropriate action to resolve concerns
- Support a positive, professional, and team‑oriented work environment
What you bring:
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with an outgoing, “can-do” attitude
- Clear and professional verbal communication skills
- High level of understanding and knowledge of food and beverage; wine knowledge is a plus
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous restaurant or luxury hospitality experience preferred
