The Concierge team at Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi is dedicated to providing exceptional guest service.
Senior Concierge supports Front Office operations and contributes to delivering outstanding hospitality to guests.

What you will do｜主な業務内容

• 同僚・上司・全ての部署とプロフェッショナルな関係を維持するMaintain professional relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and all departments.

• フォーシーズンズの行動規範を遵守・遂行する
  Comply with and enforce Four Seasons Standards of Conduct.

• ゲストエクスペリエンスマネージャー／チーフコンシェルジュを補佐し、コンシェルジュチームを監督
  Assist and supervise the Concierge team under the Guest Experience Manager / Chief Concierge.

• チームワークを促進する前向きな職場環境を作る
  Create a positive and motivated working environment.

• 必要に応じて他部署をサポート
  Assist in other areas of the department as needed.

• 日本語・英語でのコミュニケーション
  Communicate effectively in Japanese and English.

  Ensure policies and benchmark standards are applied correctly.

• コンシェルジュ資料・地域情報を最新に保つ
  Maintain updated concierge desk materials and local information.

  Perform additional duties as assigned.

  Encourage upselling opportunities.

What you bring｜応募資格

• 高校卒業または同程度High school diploma or equivalent.

• 関連職種で1〜2年経験（フォーシーズンズ／ラグジュアリーブランド歓迎）
  1–2 years experience preferred in luxury hospitality or exceptional talent from line staff.

• 日本語・英語（ビジネスレベル）の高いコミュニケーション能力
  Strong communication skills in Japanese and English (business level).

• PC・Microsoft Office・Opera操作
  Ability to operate computers, Microsoft Office, and Opera.

• チームワーク・問題解決力・サービス精神
  Teamwork, problem-solving skills, and strong commitment to service.
