About the location:
Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen is ideally located in the heart of the commercial district of Futian, across the Shenzhen Conference & Exhibition Center and a short walk from the Civic Center which houses the city’s Municipal Hall and Museum as well as near the famed Shenzhen Concert Hall and Library. The Hotel is surrounded by 3 modern shopping malls and is a few steps away from the subway metro station and 10-minute drive to 2 Hong Kong borders of Huanggang and Futian. Built along contemporary lines, the Hotel features 266 rooms inclusive of 32 suites, a Club Lounge, Business Centre, 4 food and beverage outlets, and a grand ballroom with 5 other function venues plus a unique outdoor multilevel Terraces.
About the role
Responsible for the efficient and successful operation of the designated Kitchen. Controls, checks and supervises the kitchen operations and works hands on as and when needed. Assumes the responsibility for training related functions of all staff and assists the Executive Chef in the day-to-day kitchen operations and represents.

What you will do

Supervise efficient, productive and profitable kitchen operations and ensure that high standards of food production and presentation are consistent throughout the hotel at all times.提供高标准的服务并提出建议。保证高效率且有利润的厨房运作。负责厨房的运作。

Total knowledge & understanding of Food Preparation Standard & Procedure.了解并熟知所有食品准备的标准和程序。

Take part in the setting and evolving the standards and procedures.参与制定和发展标准和程序。

Together with the Executive Chef he schedules working hour of all kitchen staff, taking into consideration volume of expected business but being careful at all time to conserve labor cost.同行政总厨一起编排厨房员工工作时间,同时也要考虑到节约成本。

What you bring

Minimum Requirements-High school graduate, preferred – Completed Technical education in Hospitality or Culinary school.高中及以上学历,烹饪专业为佳。

At least has 10-15 years kitchen experience in 5 Star Hotel and at least 5 years at supervisory level, with a minimum of 3 years as Chinese Executive chef. 至少有10-15年以上五星酒店厨房管理工作经验并有3年中厨行政总厨经历。

With a very Proactive and positive attitude to work, and demonstrate flexibility. 具有非常积极和正确的态度对待工作。
