About the location:

Located on the coastline of Kalo Livadi Bay, Four Seasons Resort Mykonos, will offer 94 spacious rooms, villas, and suites with exquisite views of the Aegean Sea. The brand-new build will take shape on an unspoiled 60,000 square meters of land, spanning from the sandy beaches to the picturesque coastal cliffs. To honor the culture and heritage of the destination, the Resort will be built in the Cycladic style that is synonymous with Mykonos, featuring white cubic architecture with bright spots of blue. The hotel will redefine luxury hospitality on the island. The Resort will offer an exciting variety of restaurants and bars, such as an al-fresco pool-side Italian venue, an authentic Mykonian Kafeneio, a contemporary steak house, and a vibrant beach club. In year 2, this will be supplemented with a Marina.

About the role The Bell Attendant forms part of the Front Office team and supports the resort front drive as well as the flow of the arrival/departure to ensure a seamless experience for our guests, homeowners and patrons.

What you will do

  • Greet guests warmly, open doors, offer assistance, and provide a friendly, professional first impression.
  • Transport guest bags to/from rooms, store/retrieve them securely, and deliver packages.
  • Inform guests about hotel amenities, local attractions, make reservations, and arrange taxis or transportation.
  • Deliver messages, mail, and handle dry cleaning/laundry services.
  • Keep the bell desk, lobby, and hotel vehicles (if applicable) clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Follow safety procedures, report hazards, and protect guest/company property.

What you bring

  • Relevant work experience in a Luxury Hotel.
  • Self-driven and a strategic resourcing professional.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast pace working environment.
  • Good team spirit, multi-tasking, cooperative with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Requires ability to operate computer equipment and office equipment.
  • Great organizational skills.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize
