Serve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods. This role is part of Chinese Restaurant department, reporting into Chinese Restaurant General Manager.

What you will do:岗位职责：

• The ability to complete opening and closing side work as assigned and have all tables set according to standard.

• 能够完成指定的餐厅开档与收档工作，并按规定标准摆好所有餐台。

• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.

• 预判宾客需求，主动探询满意度，提供建议，并能及时、恰当地回应宾客的关切与请求。

• The ability to carry trays, bus and reset tables with linen, china, glass and silver.

• 能够完成托盘服务、清理并重新布置餐桌（包括更换布草、瓷器、玻璃器皿和银器）。

• The ability to ascertain a guest's satisfaction and handle any problem, which may arise informing a manager of the problem and how it was resolved.

• 能够评估宾客满意度，处理可能出现的任何问题，并向经理汇报问题及其解决方式。

What you bring:岗位要求：

• A minimum one year of administrative experience, preferably in a hospitality or restaurant related field or other equivalent experience, is required.

• 要求至少一年工作经验，具有酒店或餐饮相关领域经验者优先，或其他同等经验亦可。

• Requires knowledge or the ability to operate computer equipment including word processing and spreadsheet software.

• 需具备操作计算机设备的知识或能力，包括文字处理和电子表格软件。

• Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• 熟练掌握Word，Excel和PowerPoint。

• Has strong interpersonal skills, is able to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the operation

• Requires basic computer skills for online training

• 需具备在线培训所需的基本计算机技能。

• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English and Chinese language

• Has the ability to anticipate and prioritize the needs of the guest proactively
