We are currently seeking a dynamic Specialised Systems Engineer (SSE) to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business.

This individual will be part of the SSE team and will serve as the center of excellence for our Security Operations (Sec Ops) solutions including SIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR, and NDR within the assigned territory. The SSE will play a pivotal role in defining the future of cybersecurity technologies and solutions. The role requires confidence in front of customers at all levels and the ability to deliver presentations, demos, and proof of concepts.

In this role as a Sec Ops expert, you will:

• Lead pre-sales activities for Fortinet’s Sec Ops platform, including solution positioning, architecture design, and best-practice implementation.
• Deliver presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts to customers at all organizational levels.
• Provide expert guidance on Sec Ops design, SOC workflows, threat hunting, and automated response strategies.
• Maintain deep knowledge of competitive products, industry trends, and evolving Sec Ops technologies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, partners, and internal teams across the complete Sec Ops portfolio.
• Publish reference architectures, white papers, blogs, and other thought-leadership content on key technology topics.
• Support and lead technical webinars, hands-on demonstrations, and enablement sessions.
• Respond to industry analyst inquiries and represent Fortinet’s Sec Ops vision externally.
• Engage in continuous networking within the cybersecurity community to build relationships and market awareness.
• Collaborate closely with internal account teams to drive customer and partner engagement.
• Dedicate time to ongoing training and professional development to stay ahead of emerging technologies.

We Are Looking For:

• Demonstrable experience as a Systems Engineer, Consulting SE, or Solution Architect within Cybersecurity, Security Operations, or Incident Response.
• In-depth technical expertise in SOC environments, threat hunting, and automated response solutions.
• Strong technical sales experience with Sec Ops technologies including SIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR, and NDR.
• Comfortable presenting to diverse audiences with excellent public-speaking, demo, and communication skills.
• Superior documentation and technical writing capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree preferred.
