We are currently seeking a dynamic Manager, WMS Project Management to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business.

As a Manager, WMS Project Management, you will:

• Planning, defining functions, implementing, testing, and providing go-live support for smart logistics centers or warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Workflow Optimization (SOP): Continuously review and improve logistics operation processes (such as receiving, shelving, picking, packaging, and shipping) to enhance operational accuracy and speed.
• Logistics Data Analysis and Decision Making: Monitor operational performance indicators (KPIs, such as order fulfillment rate, on-time delivery rate, and inventory turnover rate), and analyze logistics data to optimize operational decisions.
• Cross-departmental Communication and Project Management: Collaborate with sales, suppliers, IT, and warehouse operations teams to drive supply chain optimization projects and resolve abnormal logistics situations.
• Technology and Equipment Planning: Plan for suitable automated equipment (such as automated picking systems and handling robots) and automation technologies for the warehouse to save labor costs.

We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with a strong emphasis on industrial engineering, information management, business administration and logistics-related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience at software development of warehouse operations, logistics, or distribution management.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with Taipy/Python/FastAPI/Python tool/JAVA/MS SQL/JavaScript.
