We are currently seeking a dynamic Technical Writer to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business.As a Technical Writer, you will:Write and publish documentation, such as release notes, deployment guides, administration guides, quick start guides, and reference manuals.Use images and diagrams to supplement text and aid understanding of complex concepts.Provide user-friendly text for tooltips and other user interface elements.Receive and address feedback with the goal of filling content gaps and continually improving content.Contribute to a strong, nimble, positive, and effective team.We are looking for:An insightful and influential collaborator to join our team.:At least 4 years’ technical writing experience in Agile software development environments.BA or BS degree, preferably in communications, English, computer engineering, or a related field.Experience using Mad Cap Flare and Git.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy.Strong command of standard American English grammar and usage.Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, user-friendly language.Strong attention to detail and commitment to high documentation standards.Proactive in gathering information from engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Open to feedback and collaborative in refining content.Why join us:At Fortinet, we embrace diversity and inclusivity.
