Windows Developer Team Leader

We are looking for an outstanding individual to lead our Agents Security Framework.
The team is responsible for designing and developing the FortiEDR security agents which protect millions of devices.

Responsibilities:

Manage a team of Software Developers
Mentor, support and grow team members
Lead features design and development
End-2-End responsibility over corresponding agents
Work with multiple stakeholders, including security researchers, backend developers and product

Qualifications:

Have 3+ years of software development management experience
5+ years of experience in software development
In depth knowledge with C & C++ and Windows OS Kernel Development
Ability to lead projects end to end and drive peers to execution
Strong Windows low-level OS internals - advantage
Experience in software security/ networking systems – advantage
