About This Role:

As a Senior And Midlevel Software Engineer (Full Stack), you are a strong team contributor who brings ownership, urgency, curiosity, and creativity across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). You execute architectural and implementation designs with reliability, taking responsibility for the quality, sustainability, and outcomes of the systems and features you build. You apply sound technical judgment and business context to decision‑making, tackling complex problems with curiosity and creativity to deliver thoughtful, scalable solutions. You demonstrate a clear sense of urgency in delivering customer value, balancing speed with engineering excellence. Through clear communication and active collaboration, you elevate engineering quality and team effectiveness by strengthening shared standards and fostering accountability and learning. You take ownership beyond individual tasks by proactively identifying risks, improving systems, and helping remove blockers to drive collective success.

Typical experience for this level is four to eight years of engineering work.

Job Description:

  • Design and implement features across the stack using sound architectural and implementation practices.
  • Deliver high-quality, defect-free code by anticipating issues and leading thoughtful code reviews.
  • Contribute to system-level design decisions by identifying risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Strengthen team agile SDLC processes through planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate clearly across technical and nontechnical audiences to drive alignment and informed decisions.
  • Foster team collaboration to help remove blockers and elevate team performance.

Job Requirements:

Experience And Impact

  • Four to eight years’ developing enterprise-grade software solutions.
  • Demonstrated performance as an accomplished team contributor with competency in technical skills, mentorship, and collaboration.
  • The ability to lead or significantly contribute to code reviews, support implementation design decisions, and provide team-level SME input.
  • Experience across the full SDLC: design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Technical Skills (Tech Stack)

  • Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
  • Experience with Python for services or automation.
  • Proficiency with modern JavaScript and React; React Query preferred.
  • Experience with microservice or micro-frontend architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with SaaS solutions.
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows.

Ways Of Working

  • Comfortable participating in refinement, planning, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Strong cross-team collaboration habits across engineering, product, design, and operations.
  • The ability to articulate user value and business context behind engineering decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Open Search (or Elasticsearch) and/or Neo4j.
  • Experience with distributed or event-driven systems.
  • Familiarity with observability tools and performance tuning.
  • Experience in a data-rich SaaS or platform environment.
  • Contributions to engineering standards, tooling, or internal libraries.
