The Strategy Manager role provides a high-impact opportunity to influence Ford Credit’s global strategy and new business initiatives, reporting to the Strategy Director & CEO Chief of Staff. In this role, you will lead specific strategy projects while supporting the broader strategic planning process. This provides the opportunity to work across Engineering, Product, Risk and Finance to help shape the future of Ford Credit and ensure we maintain a sustainable competitive advantage in a changing landscape
You’ll have...
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting or Global Project Management
- Proven track record of developing complex strategic frameworks that drive business growth and financial performance
- Exceptional quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and derive actionable insights
- Experience working with global and multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to build "executive-ready" presentations that tell a clear, compelling story

This position is leadership level 5 and ranges from $141,700-$268,300.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.

This position is hybrid. Candidates who are in commuting distance to a Ford hub location may be required to be onsite four or more days per week.

- Strategic Ideation: Collaborate across the organization to develop strategic points of view (POVs) on complex business problems and capability assessments
- Business Development / Initiative Support: Build robust business cases for new initiatives, including expansion into new markets, strategic partnerships and M&A opportunities
- Process Facilitation / Strategic Frameworks: Facilitate strategy team sprint sessions and design-thinking workshops to move from ideation to actionable strategy
- Market Intelligence: Develop and share insights on the fintech landscape, automotive finance trends and emerging technologies based on external research and competitive benchmarking
- Project Leadership: Provide oversight for strategy work-streams, managing multiple stakeholders to ensure project milestones align with the long-term vision
- Executive Communication / Storytelling: Synthesize complex data and concepts into high-level strategy papers and compelling presentations for executive leadership
