In this position...

  • In this role, you'll serve as the orchestrator working across Ford's internal channel teams (creative, media, CRM, social, .com, retail) and external agency partners.
  • You'll keep all teams in sync—ensuring alignment, tracking progress, and maintaining visibility throughout the campaign lifecycle from strategy approval through final execution.
  • This is a high-visibility role requiring someone who can navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments while maintaining neutrality and driving accountability across Tier 1 Brand/Nameplate campaigns and Sales Events.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Campaign Coordination: Serve as the central hub for integrated marketing campaigns, coordinating updates and alignment across Ford's internal teams (creative, media, CRM, social, .com, retail) and their respective agency partners throughout campaign execution.
  • Drive Project Tracking & Accountability: Maintain master project tracking systems and documentation, proactively chasing down status updates from cross-functional teams, identifying blockers, and ensuring deliverables stay on schedule from strategy approval through final execution.
  • Facilitate Integrated Marketing Workflow: Support Ford's integrated marketing process across all phases of a campaign, coordinating activities across strategy, creative development, media planning, CRM integration, social/ambassadors, and digital platforms.
  • Own Status Communications & Roundtables: Lead regular roundtable forums with cross-functional Ford and agency stakeholders to gather updates, flag delays and ensure transparent communication on project health and timeline risks.
  • Manage Tier 1 & Sales Event Portfolio: Oversee project management for the highest-priority initiatives, including tier 1 campaigns (vehicle launches, major programs) and sales events, managing multiple concurrent projects across the marketing calendar.
  • Optimize Processes & Tools: Leverage and optimize project management tools to improve visibility, efficiency, and cross-team collaboration while identifying process improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure Timeline Alignment: Monitor that all teams (Ford internal and agency partners) remain aligned on scope, deliverables, and timing, ensuring the directly responsible individuals (DRIs) for each workstream maintain accountability to the broader integrated plan.

You'll have...

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of experiencein project management, preferably within integrated marketing, advertising, or agency environments supporting complex, multi-stakeholder campaigns
  • Expert project management capabilitieswith proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments
  • Strong facilitation and coordination skillswith the ability to drive accountability without direct authority, serving as a neutral party across competing priorities
  • Experience with project management tools and systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly, chase updates diplomatically, and escalate issues appropriately
  • Integrated marketing knowledgewith understanding of how creative, media, CRM, digital, and retail channels interconnect throughout campaign lifecycles
  • Problem-solving agilitywith the ability to identify blockers, propose solutions, and keep projects moving forward despite obstacles
  • Comfort operating in client environmentswith professionalism, discretion, and the ability to act as an embedded team member

This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $84,480-141,360.

This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $96,720-162,120.
