Strategically lead and empower a high-performing sensing hardware supply chain team, driving the delivery of cutting-edge ADAS products and features across Ford's Model e, Ford Blue, and Ford Pro platforms.

Your scope will encompass critical hardware, including Electronic Control Units (ECUs), radars, ultrasonic sensors, and LiDARs, ensuring their robust and timely integration into future vehicles.

Develop, manage, and execute sourcing strategies with industry-leading partners multiple tiers deep into the supply chain to reduce risk and minimize cost.

Drive exceptional supply chain performance across key metrics: cost efficiency, resilience, delivery, and world-class quality, specifically tailored to the unique demands of ADAS technologies.

Cultivate and strengthen strategic supplier partnerships, actively influencing their technology roadmaps to align with and secure Ford's leadership in ADAS innovation and next-generation mobility.

Expand the team knowledge and expertise in the sensing supply chain and industry trends. Drive the development of advanced and robust cost modeling.

Establish and nurture executive-level relationships across the ADAS ecosystem to anticipate, understand, and strategically influence key industry trends and technological advancements.

Act as an internal champion for critical, strategic supplier relationships, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment across Ford's cross-functional teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Business/Supply Chain or Engineering

8+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field, with a significant portion dedicated to strategic sourcing, procurement, or supplier development.

2+ years of direct experience within the electronics industry, preferably with exposure to complex hardware components critical for ADAS or similar advanced systems.

Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams, or a demonstrated ability to mentor, influence, and drive results through others.

Deep expertise in electronics, sensing technologies (e.g., radar, LiDAR, ultrasonics), and/or software within the automotive or consumer electronics sectors.

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $112,680-212,760.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
