What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

• Agile Mindset:

Practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) for project management and workflow optimization.

• Power BI Mastery:

Ability to create advanced dashboards that translate raw data into actionable strategic insights.

• Critical & Creative Thinking:

Proven ability to "think outside the box" to solve complex business problems.

• Communication Excellence:

Skill in describing processes in a structured and educational way, with the ability to navigate between operational and executive levels.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Artificial Intelligence (AI):

Familiarity with Generative AI tools, LLMs, or automation (Power Automate, Python, etc.) to optimize tasks.

• Previous experience in a Center of Excellence (CoE) environment or Internal Consulting.

Analyze macro and micro scenarios to identify synergies between different departments and workflows.
