Engineering Specialist, Dim Control at Ford

As part of our Manufacturing team, you’ll help build the world-class, state-of-the-art smart vehicles we're known for. In our plants around the world, we’re constantly developing new technologies and processes to further increase our efficiency. You'll have...

High School Diploma:

• 3 or more years of dimensional control experience

Even better, you may have...Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Mathematics

• Production experience in the manufacture or assembly of vehicle systems (body, trim, and chassis)

• Experience developing and analyzing GD&T

• Expertise in developing and analyzing locating strategies for body, trim, and chassis systems

• Experience performing tolerance analysis simulations using VisVSA (or similar software)

• Background performing finite element analysis (FEA) simulations using Hypermesh and NASTRAN

• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
