Production Support Tech – POS Device Cleaning

About the Role

A Production Support Tech is responsible for quality control inspection and for replacing PSTI to clean and screen returned Clover devices that come back to Fiserv from existing clients who have called the Clover call center and reported problems with their devices. This associate will triage, screen test, and clean and pack all Clover devices received.

What you will do:

• Clean point-of-sale (POS) equipment.
• Conduct quality control inspections of the equipment.
• Pack the equipment into boxes with associated parts.
• Work to triage broken and dysfunctional units.
• Clean, package, and prepare orders for shipment.

What you will need to have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. throughout the day, and up to 40 lbs. as needed.
• Ability to stand and/or sit for an entire shift.
• Availability to work between the hours of 6:00 a.m.
• 1:30 p.m. or 7:00 a.m.
• 3:30 p.m. shifts.

What would be great to have:

• Previous experience cleaning, repairing, and packing POS or electronic devices.
• 2+ years of experience in a cleaning role, production, assembly, and/or distribution environment.
• Prior experience with ISO 9001 quality processes.
