What does a successful Senior Product Manager do?

At Fiserv, the Product Manager for the Restaurant vertical plays a crucial role in shaping the future of our restaurant technology offerings. This position seeks visionary leadership to drive innovation, enhance customer experiences, and ensure the growth of Clover's products within the competitive restaurant industry. Our mission is to align advanced technology with the dynamic needs of the restaurant sector, providing solutions that streamline operations and improve service quality.

What you will do:

• Own the product strategy for Clover’s restaurant technology offerings, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Define and champion the product vision, including digital ordering, table management, and payment systems.
• Analyze market trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate across functions to translate vision into actionable product requirements and features.
• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that reflects market demands, customer needs, and strategic priorities.
• Conduct market research and customer insights analysis to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Leverage data and feedback to iteratively enhance product offerings and customer experience.

What you will need to have:

• 10+ years in product management within restaurant/hospitality.
• Deep knowledge of restaurant operations and tech trends.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to drive innovation and business growth.
• Proficient in Japanese language, both spoken and written.
