Product Analyst

Access One supports our ISO clients by giving them the ability to perform merchant boarding and account maintenance functions for those Merchants. It also provides transactional reporting (authorizations, settlement, and chargebacks), and includes modules for risk management, residuals and profitability. The platform also provides statements and 1099‑K reporting and exposes APIs for integration.

Access One is a Fiserv product that is managed and hosted by a contracted third-party development vendor. This role would be interfacing with this vendor on a frequent basis. And eventually, interact directly with the ISO/Client users.

As a business analyst on the Access One Product Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing the Access One product.

What You Will Do:

• Primary role would be to support the Management team.

• Participate in meetings with the rest of the product team and the third-party development team.

• Utilize available tools such as JIRA, Share Point, Confluence and others to help manage all aspects of our product life cycle.

• Ensure communications with ISO support team members to ensure projects stay on track.

• Collaborate with internal teams, such as CSA support for the ISOs Clients, as well as technical teams.

• Research incoming questions and issues directed to the Product Team and provide status as to progress.

What You Need to Have:

• Experience with basic project management skills.

What Would Be Great to Have:

• General Knowledge of Fiserv’s Omaha and North BE processes and procedures.

• General Knowledge and usage of FDPOS, Control Center (Business Track/Client Line Enterprise (CLX), Merchant Manager

• Project Management certification or experience

Salary Range:

$57,000.00-$80,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in Maryland. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
