Product QA Sr Professional:

The Product QA Sr Professional — UAT participates in the design and execution of UAT and automation for key products such as debit, credit and prepaid cards for Visa, Master Card, American Express and private-label brands, ensuring correct validation of functionality, transaction flows and business rules.

This position follows a 4x1 schedule (4 days on-site) at our Retiro offices.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute UAT and regression test cases.
• Develop automated test scripts following internal standards.
• Create and maintain test data for Issuing products (debit, credit, prepaid cards).
• Log defects, reproduce incidents and document results.
• Participate in technical and functional design sessions.
• Work with AI tools to support test generation or analysis.
• Coordinate delivery of features with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years in Payments or relevant QA/UAT experience.
• Proven experience with payment platforms; experience with platforms such as First, Vision, VisionPLUS and Silver Core is desirable but not required.
• Knowledge of Issuing and transactional processes for debit, credit and prepaid card products (Visa, Master Card, American Express and private-label brands).
• Foundation in automation or willingness to specialize quickly.
• Experience with test management tools.
• Knowledge of SQL and APIs.
• Advanced English, spoken and written, is mandatory. Interviews will be conducted in English.
• Preferred: fundamentals of AI applied to testing.
