Signature Technical Consultant:

What does a successful Technical Consultant

• Lead do at Fiserv?

Provide after-hours support (P1 & P2) for Fiserv clients based on the SIGNATURE (core banking system) application. Maintain SIGNATURE, using information provided by client technicians and users, and strictly following the Fiserv development standard.

What you will do:

• Develop new application code, enhance existing programs, and resolve software defects in accordance with Fiserv development standards, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Execute system testing for both base code and custom modifications to validate functionality and ensure existing features remain intact in integrated environments.
• Perform quality testing in controlled environments, identify and resolve coding or design issues, and communicate corrections for inclusion in future product releases.
• Ensure all software delivered meets high quality standards and is tested within project timelines.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients, including conducting tests, implementing code changes, reviewing results, and coordinating fixes with relevant Fiserv teams.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SIGNATURE banking applications and related products to effectively address customer inquiries and stay aligned with product updates.
• Safeguard the integrity of code changes and manage Source Libraries responsibly.

What you will need to have:

• Familiarity with software design and test script development is important.
• Software testing methodologies and the ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner is essential to fulfilling the requirements of this position.

What will be great to have

Previous experience in banking software is preferable.
