Job Title

AI Implementation Engineer:

You will lead the implementation of generative AI and other AI/ML services within our enterprise environment and integrate advanced AI capabilities with existing enterprise architecture. While navigating technical challenges and ensuring compliance with governance requirements, you’ll leverage AI to enhance productivity, quality, and operational excellence to help our clients grow through innovative financial services experiences.

What you will do:

• Lead the implementation of generative AI services within our enterprise environment to drive innovation and client growth
• Apply advanced software development techniques using Python, .NET, React/Node.js to create innovative solutions.
• Integrate AI capabilities with existing enterprise architecture and ensure seamless systems collaboration
• Evaluate and identify new AI project ideas, as well as register existing AI projects ensuring adherence to safe and responsible AI practices
• Use AI solutions to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with AI governance policies
• Implement AI platforms and review AI use cases from a technical perspective utilizing modern DevOps practices
• Communicate effectively with leaders and stakeholders to drive AI governance, strategy, and problem-solving, addressing data handling risks and ensuring operational excellence

What you will need to have:

• 5+ years of experience in Python, .Net or React/Node.js
• 5+ years of experience with cloud solutions such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• 2+ years of experience in implementing AI/ML solutions
• 1+ years of experience in implementing Generative AI services
• Experience working with at least one database (such as SQL Server, Cosmos DB, or similar).
• Experience in enterprise architecture, risk compliance, and AI governance
• Experience integrating AI solutions and modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD, microservices, and containerization
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or an equivalent combination of work, education, and/or military experience

What would be great to have:

• Proficiency with machine learning frameworks like Tensor Flow or Py Torch
• Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation and agentic AI frameworks
• Effective communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration and project management
