About the Role:
We’re seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) Manager to lead and inspire our outbound BDR team. This leader will be instrumental in shaping Filevine’s future by developing a high-performing team that generates qualified opportunities from intent reports, cold calling, and events. The ideal candidate is not just a manager but a coach and mentor who thrives on developing talent—transforming BDRs into future Account Executives (AEs) at Filevine. You’ll collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive Filevine’s growth by refining our outbound strategy and creating a thriving pipeline. If you’re passionate about building teams, empowering individuals, and driving results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, this role is for you.
