Department The Expert Team department is home to product experts with deep technical understanding across a range of specialized expertise. The department is focused on critical initiatives including customer support, escalated technical problem-solving, customer education, and partner enablement.

Job Summary The Expert Team, Solutions Specialist is responsible for determining the best solution for a customer trying to accomplish an outcome that is not available out of the box. “That is not possible” is never the answer. Backstop solutions, provisional configurations, and out-of-the-box thinking are part of the job. The main expectation of this role is to create approaches that have not been used in the past; however, workarounds should not be favored when there is native capability inside of the app. Comprehensive product knowledge across the Filevine family of products is a requirement.
