Fidelity Charitable is seeking a highly motivated individual responsible for a portfolio of donor‑ and nonprofit‑facing programs that advance our mission and support the evolving needs of donors, nonprofit organizations, advisors, and institutional partners.

Fidelity Charitable is looking for a talented individual to focus primarily on managing and designing programs to support philanthropy. Reporting to Vice President, Product Management, you will lead initiatives that increase adoption and usage of new programs, while scaling and improving existing programs. As donor needs become more complex, Fidelity Charitable programs and capabilities need to evolve to meet those needs. You will be asked to identify and analyze business opportunities, recommend solutions, and work with cross functional teams to deliver prioritized solutions.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • 5 years of product development and project management experience with ability to deliver complex projects while demonstrating positive relationship skills across business teams such as service, sales and relationship management, marketing, and legal

  • Demonstrated expertise working on new business development initiatives

  • Cross-organizational Fidelity experience a plus

  • Your ability to think strategically and implement collaboratively

  • Your comfort with ambiguity and proven ability to work in start-up or new business environment

  • Your detail-oriented approach to managing projects through to successful execution

  • Your proven ability to drive innovation in a matrixed organization

  • Your ability to communicate your ideas and build a plan to implement

The Team

The Fidelity Charitable Gift Fund (Fidelity Charitable) is a public charity that sponsors the largest national donor-advised fund program. Since 1991, Fidelity Charitable has introduced tens of thousands of donors to the benefits — and increased charitable impact — of using a donor-advised fund to meet their philanthropic goals. Fidelity Charitable is governed by an independent Board of Trustees, which has hired Fidelity Investments as the service provider to the charity. Fidelity Investments, through National Charitable Services, provides all of the charitable organization’s employees and supports all of its functions: Program Development, Marketing, Service Delivery, Change Management, Relationship Management, Finance, Technology, Risk and Compliance, and Fundraising.
