Job Description:

The Role

The FI Organization is seeking a Director, ETF Investment Analysis. In this role you will partner with our team of sales professionals, investment strategists, and relationship managers to help grow Fidelity’s ETF market share within the advisor-sold channel. To do so, you will leverage deep subject matter expertise in conducting product, market, and competitive analysis for ETF investments across multiple structures and assets. You will coordinate the execution across marketing, sales, asset management, analytics, and market readiness to deliver these relevant insights to our clients. The team supports all channels including broker-dealer, RIA, banking, and insurance.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • CFA preferred.

  • 10+ years of investment product, sales, or equivalent experience.

  • Series 7 and 63 licenses required.

  • Technical expertise in investment analytics, performance analysis, reporting, market data charting and provisioning, and communications.

  • Experience in creating compelling and action-inducing stories using data and analytics. This includes investment insights, thought-leadership, and marketing materials.

  • Can work across a complex, matrixed organization to meet business partners’ needs and collaborate to advance business strategic priorities.

  • Ability to build internal partnerships and relationships in a team environment.

  • Maintains excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills.

The Team

Fidelity Institutional provides investment management services through investment professionals at financial institutions nationwide, including wirehouses, regionals and independent broker/dealers, bank, trust companies, and insurance companies. The company offers Fidelity Advisor Funds, Variable Insurance Products (VIP) Portfolios, Fidelity Advisor 529 Plans, Systematic Investment Plans, Institutional Money Market funds, and a comprehensive line of retirement products and services in partnership with Fidelity’s Workplace Investing arm. Our clients are financial institutions and investment professionals (IPs). Our goal is to help our clients grow their business so that we can increase our assets under management, and our market share.
