As Vice President, Communications Management, you will be leading an enterprise‑scale organization delivering high‑impact benefits communications for Fidelity Workplace Investing! You will be setting strategy, leading teams, managing vendors, and driving quality, efficiency, and innovation—while partnering closely with senior leaders to improve client outcomes and business results.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Significant experience leading large, matrixed teams and complex operations, with the ability to influence and partner at the senior leadership level

  • Proven capability in setting strategic direction and translating strategy into high‑quality execution, measurable results, and continuous improvement

  • Experience leading communications, operations, or process‑delivery functions in fast‑paced, highly interdependent environments

  • Strong people leadership skills, including identifying and developing talent, coaching leaders, and fostering an inclusive, high‑performing culture

  • Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships, service delivery, and issue escalation while driving accountability and risk mitigation

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including presenting to and advising executive audiences with clarity and confidence

  • Strong analytical judgment and problem‑solving skills used to navigate competing priorities and complex business challenges

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; FINRA Series 7, 63, and 24 licenses obtained within 90 days

The Team

Communications & Education (C&E) delivers consulting, content development, and communications solutions that help plan sponsors and participants understand and engage with their benefits. Partnering closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors, the Communications Management organization designs and delivers content across digital and print channels in a high‑volume, time‑sensitive environment. The team plays a critical role in enabling consistent, high‑quality client experiences while supporting Fidelity’s broader Workplace Investing mission.
