  • Contribute to proactive research, vendor evaluations, and recommendation of new & existing capabilities that align to product and/or IAM strategies

  • Oversee control & service observability, stability & resiliency, operations, and monitoring aligned to the policies, standards, and technical guidelines of the broader technology organization

The Expertise You Have and The Skills You Bring

  • Demonstrated experience in agile team practices, planning ceremonies, and delivery

  • You are a committed people leader, capable of setting strategic direction and coaching others to deliver results and impact to achieve that strategy

  • You have strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills with which you influence and engage across Fidelity and at all levels of the organization

  • You have senior level experience leading the development of solutions and offerings aligned with and in support of the strategic direction of the business

  • You leverage critical thinking and a product mindset, taking a data-focused approach to objective decision making
