About the Role:

Are you ready to take on a role where strategy meets execution and your ideas directly shape business growth? As a Customer and Category Development Manager,you will be the key driver of our trade marketing efforts, working hand-in-hand with Sales and Marketing to develop and implement plans that elevate our performance across the channels.

Main Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be building and executing **category strategies,**analyzing **sell-out data,**and identifying opportunities to increase ROI, market share, and customer engagement. You’ll support the sales team with tailored offers, manage POS materials, and lead the development of activation plans and **loyalty programs.**Your ability to spot trends, act on insights, and collaborate across departments will be essential to your success.

About You:

We’re looking for someone with a degree in business, economics, or a related field, and solid experience in the FMCG sector.

You’re analytical, organized, and results-driven, with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset. If you thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and are passionate about turning data into action, this is your chance to make a real impact.
