Close interaction with the distributor is crucial, as you will control product inventory levels and ensure top-notch service quality. To excel in this role, you should have a strong command of MS Excel and other analytical tools. Your ability to train and mentor others will be invaluable, as well as your skill in allocating tasks and resources across regions.

You are a proactive individual with excellent personnel management skills. Being result-oriented and capable of making decisions in uncertain conditions is essential. Your negotiation and communication skills are top-notch, and you thrive under pressure, maintaining a strong focus on achieving goals.
