Ferrero Greece is on the lookout for a sales professional to join our team as a Field Sales Developer. Main Responsibilities:

As a Field Sales Developer at Ferrero, you'll play a crucial role in Distributor Collaboration. You'll maintain close contact with distributor sales teams to enhance the implementation of Ferrero’s planned activities,including product layouts,shelf visibility improvements, and optimizing assortments. Your strong Market Engagement and Analysis will involve visiting stores daily, collecting market data, monitoring brand performance, and ensuring Ferrero products are visible and accessible. In Sales Development, you'll sugges tsales improvements aligned with distributors, store potential, and Ferrero’s priorities, while maintaining accurate and timely daily reports in the ARGUS system according to your KPIs. Routine **Office Tasks **include weekly check-ins with the Field Sales Manager for feedback and updates, keeping you aligned with Ferrero’sbrand priorities.

About You:

To thrive in this role, you’ll need knowledge of English, strong MS Office proficiency, and a valid driver’s license. You’ll bring strong communication and negotiation skills, solid organizational abilities, and a results‑oriented mindset. A team‑spirited approach and a customer‑focused attitude will be essential to your success.

With at least one year of experience in a sales role, you’ll be ready to hit the ground running and make a real impact.

A University degree is considered an asset, but it is not a mandatory requirement.
