About the role:

This is your chance to take part in an exciting 24‑month local program covering several strategic areas within the Product Organization, including production processes, production planning, H&S, and process optimization. The program includes several training phases, during which you will contribute to international and diverse projects with cross‑functional assignments.

Main Responsibilities:

• Active contribution to the implementation and optimization of Ferrero’s global safety culture, helping shape a modern and safe working environment
• Driving the simplification and digitalization of production processes to enhance efficiency, transparency and compliance
• Supporting the global rollout of the Ferrero Operational Excellence framework through analyses, lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives
• Engaging in international projects and collaborating with production sites worldwide
• Developing personally and professionally through structured training, mentoring, and networking opportunities

About You:

• Successfully completed studies in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical field
• Initial practical experience gained through an internship or working student position
• A strong aspiration for international mobility and development within a global production network
• High affinity for process optimization, standardization and digitalization
• Analytical mindset combined with strong teamwork abilities and a hands‑on approach
• Very good knowledge of German and English
