About the Role:

As Molds Packaging Buyer based in our Luxembourg HQ, you will source and care for the molds that shape our rigid plastic packaging.

In this role, you will:

• Guide each asset through its full lifecycle while coordinating mold makers and plastic converters;
• Keep maintenance, transport, and PR/PO activities running smoothly and on time;
• Manage data,budgets, and processes with clarity to create a tangible impact on how our products are protected and delivered.

Main Responsibilities:

You will turn category strategy into concrete sourcing initiatives, steering projects from early need to delivery. Through demand, spend, and market insights, you will build sound budgets and help teams make decisions with purpose.

Moreover, you will negotiate with suppliers, compare options, and keep competition healthy. You will manage orders, quotations, claims, and payments while supporting capital and maintenance processes with R&D and other stakeholders.

Finally, you will nurture supplier relationships, anticipate risks, and ensure continuity. You will follow market and sustainability signals, maintain contracts and repositories, and keep master data and monthly reports accurate to shape confident choices.

About You:

You will bring your educational background in Business, Finance, Engineering, or other related fields with 2-3 years of procurement experience with proven negotiations and contract work.

You can read data, prepare clear comparisons, act on your findings, and collaborate across teams with clarity and respect in changing situations.

Your English is fluent, and you use Excel and SAP confidently across many assets and packaging codes.
