About the Role:
As a Marketing Intern, you will support the local Marketing team in the execution of brand and consumer activation projects across Ferrero’s key brands. This role offers hands-on exposure to brand management, influencer activities, consumer promotions and marketing operations, while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders such as Sales, Trade Marketing and Media agencies.
The internship is designed to provide practical experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment, complementing your academic studies with real business impact.
Your Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will support the local Marketing team in the execution of brand initiatives and consumer activation projects across Ferrero’s key brands, including Nutella, Kinder Surprise, Ferrero Rocher and the Better For You portfolio. You will be actively involved in seasonal campaigns, influencer collaborations, special partnerships and consumer promotions, contributing to the smooth delivery of marketing activities from planning through execution.
You will assist Brand Managers with day-to-day brand management tasks, including coordination of materials, tracking timelines and supporting campaign implementation. As part of the role, you will also handle daily marketing operative activities such as marketing administration, data collection and basic data analysis, and the preparation of internal presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Excel.
Working in a cross-functional environment, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Trade Marketing and Media, as well as support communication with external partners and agencies when required. Throughout all activities, you will ensure an organized, proactive and professional approach, contributing to an efficient and collaborative working atmosphere within the Marketing team.

Proactive, curious mindset with a strong willingness to learn
Ongoing university studies in Marketing, Business, Economics or a related field
Basic understanding of brand and marketing fundamentals gained through academic studies
Good computer literacy and working knowledge of MS 365 tools, especially
Ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural, cross-functional environment
