About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the night shift operations. In this role, you will lead a team of six warehouse employees, ensuring efficient material management and supply to support production schedules and guarantee timely shipment of intermediate and finished products.

Main Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage the daily activities of warehouse staff during the night shift

• Ensure accurate and efficient handling, storage, and distribution of materials

• Monitor workflows to meet production schedules and shipping deadlines

• Enforce and promote company guidelines, policies, and good manufacturing practices (GMP)

• Uphold food safety and health & safety standards across all warehouse operations

• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members

• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to resolve issues and improve processes

About You:

The ideal candidate will have...

• High School Diploma or equalivent

• Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping procedures

• Familiarity with GMP, food safety, and health & safety regulations

• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure

• Willingness to work full-time night shifts
