Mgr Solutions Bus Arc

Leads a team of Business Architects to translate business strategy into actionable strategic roadmaps. Provides operational expertise and consults with stakeholders in defining and executing portfolio governance for business architecture.

Essential Functions

• Plans, organizes, and directs a team of business architects fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Leads collaboration efforts between Business and IT to apply architectural principles and translate business strategies into actionable initiatives.
• Develops the Business Architecture framework aligned with organizational goals, business processes, technology, and enterprise architecture.
• Defines portfolio governance and supports execution of standards for business architecture.
• Liaisons between business stakeholders and leadership to provide insights on strategic initiatives.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of business processes and recommends improvements to enhance business operations.
• Oversees the design and implementation of business capability models and roadmaps.
• Establishes and tracks key metrics to measure the success of business architecture initiatives.
• Provides regular reporting to leadership on business architecture progress.
• Performs other duties as assigned..

Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT systems, or a related discipline.

Minimum Experience
Seven (7) years’ experience in business and/or IT systems architecture and leading enterprise-level strategic projects and/or systems solutions.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Demonstrated leadership and ability to interact effectively at multiple levels. Demonstrated analytical skills with strong problem-solving abilities. Proficient in business modeling, capability mapping, and process optimization. Strong understanding of business processes, strategy, and technology alignment. Ability to build strong relationships for high collaboration, prioritization, and strategic delivery.

Job Conditions
Business travel required.

Preferred Qualifications:

This position is eligible for remote work and may be located anywhere within the United States excluding AK, HI and U.S. territories, however if you live within the 50 miles radius of a campus you will be required to work at a Fed Ex campus location several times per week.
