Program Management Advisor

• To provide technical expertise and support for planning, developing, organizing and coordinating large programs/projects.
• Research, evaluate and recommend new technologies, methodologies, processes, and products to achieve major innovative improvements.
• Collect, analyze, and produce financial and performance indicators and forecasts.
• Provide appropriate specifications for and coordination of programs that cross department/division lines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Master’s degree in business or related quantitative discipline plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of exempt experience in project/program management, product development, systems design/development or business /financial planning and analysis. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or related quantitative discipline plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or 5 years of exempt experience in project/program management, product development, systems design/development or business /financial planning and analysis in lieu of a Master's degree plus 3 years of experience.

Requirements:

The position requires experience with:

• Experience in the use of project management/planning software.
• Experience in planning major projects including development of project proposals, business cases, schedules, and financial justification.
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
• Knowledge of standard program and financial management techniques.
• Strong human relations, leadership, and communication skills.
• Program & Portfolio Leadership.
• Stakeholder Management.
• Systems Design/ Development / Testing Experience.
• Experience Project Management Tools (Version One, Agility, MS Project Plan, etc.).
• Dashboard tooling (PowerBI, Advanced Excel, Jira, Tableau).
• Agile Methodologies.

This position will be hybrid in Coraopolis, PA and candidates must live within a 50-mile radius. This position is hybrid, meaning that employees will be required to work at a Fed Ex office location up to several times per week. Employer will accept one (1) year of directly related experience in lieu of one (1) year of education as a Bachelor’s equivalent.
