  • Ability to climb ladders, stairs, and work at elevated heights safely.

  • Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to heat, cold, noise, dust, moisture, and confined spaces. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or industrial repair work.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to completing tasks safely and accurately.

  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic instruments.

  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, or Mechanical Technology.

  • Familiarity with PLCs, motors, pumps, HVAC, and building systems.

  • Experience working in manufacturing, production, or facility maintenance setting.

  • Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).

  • Welding, fabrication, or machining experience.

  • Creative curiosity, collaborative ethic, hardworking enthusiasm, and driving personal vision.

  • A penchant for multi-tasking and self-starting

  • A genuine fascination for manufacturing and a commitment to global change

  • A true sense of determination… and hopefully a sense of humor
