Your Role:

The Mentor Mentee Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of the Mentor-Mentee Program while also serving as a key contributor to delivering a premium, user-centric sales experience.

This role combines program operations, sales team enablement, and customer experience excellence—ensuring smooth onboarding, structured team management, accurate sales tracking, and high-quality engagement throughout the purchasing journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the Mentor-Mentee Program
    Oversee the day-to-day execution of the Mentor-Mentee Program, ensuring all activities run smoothly, program guidelines are followed, and operational standards are consistently maintained across all participants.
  • Lead onboarding with supply chain team
    Coordinate closely with supply chain team to onboard new mentors and mentees, ensuring timely activation, proper system setup, and readiness for participation in the sales program.
  • Manage team hierarchy and system inputs
    Maintain and manage sales team structures, including team ID allocation, hierarchy updates, and accurate data entry in internal systems to ensure organizational clarity and data integrity.
  • Track sales data and coordinate with product teams
    Monitor and manage sales performance data across teams, working with product and development teams to ensure system accuracy, reporting functionality, and data visibility.
  • Manage commission validation and payouts
    Validate sales performance and commission calculations, and coordinate with finance to ensure accurate, transparent, and timely commission payouts in accordance with program rules.
  • Deliver premium customer experience support
    Support sales teams in delivering a seamless and high-quality customer experience throughout the purchasing journey, ensuring alignment with FF’s premium brand standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across departments
    Act as a central coordination point across sales, finance, supply chain, and product teams to ensure alignment, efficient execution, and smooth communication.
  • Continuously optimize processes
    Identify operational gaps and inefficiencies, and proactively implement improvements to enhance program scalability, execution efficiency, and overall performance.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, sales, or related roles
  • Experience in automotive, robotics, insurance brokerage, or luxury industries preferred
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills
  • Strong coordination and execution ability
  • CRM and MS Office proficiency
  • AI related experience or system design project experience will be plus
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to travel and work weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

  • EV or premium sales experience
  • Experience with structured sales programs
  • Commission and performance tracking experience
  • Chinese language skills preferred
  • Strong communication and ownership mindset

Salary Range: ($72,000-$75,000 DOE), plus benefits and incentive plans
