THE POSITION:

Our roster has an opening with your name on it

You will become a critical member of a lean Canada team responsible for growing Fan Duel Sportsbook and Casino in Ontario. Core responsibilities will focus around customer acquisition strategy which includes owning the new customer offer strategy and working closely with Media and Retention to connect the customer journey.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

We are looking for a teammate who can:

  • Lead acquisition initiatives and strategies, driving insights on offer conversion, acquisition volume, and player value, for decision-making across Sportsbook and Casino

  • Influence Fan Duel’s generosity strategy, partnering with leadership to examine how, when, and why promotions and rewards are delivered — ensuring they align with customer needs and commercial goals

  • Support creation of acquisition promotions, including concept design, testing, setup, QA, fulfillment, and in-product merchandising & communications

  • Report and track KPIs, translating performance into insight and clear narratives for leadership and cross-functional partners

  • Serve as a champion for acquisition customer experience by working closely with Media and Early Life Retention teams to bridge the new customer journey

  • Collaborate with partners across Marketing, Product, Mar Tech, Finance, Commercial, and Operations to plan, launch, and optimize promotional campaigns

What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 2+ years in B2C marketing or digital environments; ideally with experience in customer marketing

  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and SQL

  • Strong project management skills and comfort working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams

  • Process-oriented mindset with excellent planning and organizational habits

  • A collaborative teammate who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and move work forward

  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality outcomes and see initiatives through to completion

The applicable salary range for this position is $62,000 - $77,000 CAD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand.
